The challenge
Every paid order had to be manually sorted, assigned to a courier, and labelled. Fulfillment staff spent their day copying details between systems, and customers had no reliable tracking. Volume growth made the bottleneck worse.
Our approach
We connected the store and ERP to the warehouse and courier layer through Integrohu. Orders now route automatically to the right warehouse and courier, labels and pickups are generated, delivery is scheduled, and tracking statuses flow back to the store and customer in real time.
The result
Fulfillment runs without manual handling. Staff moved from copying data to handling exceptions only, dispatch is faster, and customers get accurate tracking automatically.
